Embroidery & Personalization
How Custom Orders Work
From your idea to the finished piece.
We want the custom order process to feel simple. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out — bring us your idea, and we’ll help with the rest.
1. Share Your Idea
Tell us what you’re looking for, including your design idea, colors, garment style, sizes, quantity, and any personalization.
2. Let’s Create
We’ll go over your request, discuss available options, and create a design based on the details you provide.
3. Review & Approve
You’ll receive a proof to review. Please double-check all names, numbers, spelling, colors, and other details before giving your final approval.
4. We’ll Make It
Once your design is approved and payment is received, your order will move into production. We’ll let you know when it’s ready for pickup or shipping.
Turnaround times vary depending on the order. Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for handmade baby sets. Weekends, holidays, and shipping time are not included. Rush or overnight production is not available.
